Just over a 100 yards from the beach

This beautiful two-bedroom house is situated right on Main Road, Langebaan, and has easy access to the beach. Noord Straat Bay is just a few yards across the road.

The Langebaan Villa is close to all amenities and is a five-minute's walk to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and services.

It is opposite a few popular beach bars & restaurants - Friday Island, Kokomo and Kalmer Karma.

Langebaan Villa is both child friendly and budget friendly; we welcome families. It sleeps a maximum of four people and is available for mid weeks, long weekends and full weeks. 20% discount for a month booking. We regret no pets and no smoking.

The accommodation at Langebaan Villa consists of an open-plan living area, with two comfortable sofas, a dining area for four and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a Smart TV, FREE Internet & FREE Netflix.

There are two adequate sized bedrooms both have plenty of storage space.

Beds in the property have just been renewed so we can now offer the format of your choice; Two king size beds or Four single beds or One king size and Two singles the choice is yours. Just advise when booking.

The property boasts a brand new modernised bathroom with full size bath and walk in shower.

There is a built-in braai and shaded outdoor eating/sitting area at the side of the house. There is also an enclosed yard out the back with an outside shower - great for when you've had a day at the beach or in the surf!

This walled property is very secure and has off-road parking for one car and off-street parking for another.

Kitesurfing

Kitesurfing Lessons and Kitesurfing Equipment Hire is available from WindTown, which is the top kite surf centre in Langebaan, discounted prices have been negotiated for all guests. You won't find better tuition or knowledge of kitesurfing anywhere in Langebaan or the West Coast for that matter. Adam and his team at WindTown are always happy to help and advise.
